Instructions:
1. Copy the qeiLock Folder to Memory Card.
2. Copy the lines in the How To.txt file provided to CardRegistry present at mmc/.system/java/CardRegistry.(open it using Notepad and add these lines)
3. Disconnect your phone.

I did everything you mentioned, but not able to run the apps, please guide.
I'm not exactly sure what your talking about in the instructions 2 and 3...i downloaded the theme and extracted the files...but i'm not sure what your talking about when you say "notebook"
I understand that i'm supposed to open it with notepad but what is "card registery" and what am i supposed to do with it

Thanks a lot. It Worked. I copied the qeiLock folder to my memory card and then opened the CardRegistry file and copied the contents from the HowTo.txt file.
To view the CardRegistry just enable the option to view hidden folders on your desktop.
This is very good and works faster than other locking s/ws.
